Privacy Statement

Every financial institution offers their customers privacy. The American Intercapital Depository & Trust difference is that we offer you complete and discreet financial privacy. American Intercapital Depository & Trust also has the statutory duty to protect and hold all your information confidentially. For instance, it is a crime, punishable by up to several years in prison, for our employees to reveal any of the following: your name, any record or document held by American Intercapital Depository & Trust that directly or indirectly pertains to you, or any information contained in any of your documents. Also, the confidential relationship between you and American Intercapital Depository & Trust is protected by restrictions on the disclosure of information belonging to you to government agencies. A government official may not request or receive any of your information, except under stringent circumstances where a detailed process involving the submission of an administrative subpoena, a search warrant, or a judicial subpoena is followed. A government official who obtains any of your information must also take every possible precaution to protect your identity. If the government official discloses your identity to any person not officially associated with the investigation, it is a crime which is not only subject to rigid civil penalties, but also to criminal proceedings. Furthermore, American Intercapital Depository & Trust must provide for your legal defense in the event that a civil judgment is rendered against you in a jurisdiction outside the United States and is registered in Colorado.
