Our Customers

·         Our customers are dynamic investors, family offices, their private company, and the institutions who serve them, looking for safe, private, highly customized, and responsive financial relationships with their private bankers.

·         Under the Colorado Foreign Capital Depository Act, accounts with American Intercapital Depository & Trust may be opened by individuals who are neither United States citizens nor United States residents.

·         Accounts may also be opened by a corporation, trust, partnership, or Limited Liability Company in which all shareholders, settlers, members, beneficiaries, or partners are neither citizens nor residents of the United States.

·         Because our customers span the globe and originate from many different backgrounds, we provide tailor-made solutions and products to our customers, as provided by our controlling statutes.

·         We pride ourselves on the customized and unique relationships we enjoy with our customers.

·         To help the United States Government fight terrorism and money laundering, Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual, business or entity that opens an account or establishes a relationship. What this means for you:
